Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — regarding my 12th marksheet & other documents.

I studied in mount litera zee school.
I have pass out in[protected] batch & due to some reason i was not able to take my marksheet, tc, migration certificate, passing certificate from my school that time.
But i asked my school teachers for my marksheet in march & it's 2months since then they are just saying my marksheet is in the city office. When i ask in city office they say my results are in school.
It's 2 months & still they are saying the same. I'm calling the teachers regularly but no luck.
