Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — regarding two answers of a question

Sir, my complaint is regarding anomaly in english paper held on 23.03.2019. There were two answers of the question.
Set - 3 series jms/2 code no. 1/2/3
Question no. 2.3 (B) hold (Para 3)
Ans. 'grip' & 'handle' two answers which have same meaning find in the para.
I request that either bonus mark is to be given to the students who have attempted this question or consider both words 'grip' & 'handle' as correct answer.
