Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — School is forcing students to buy Books only from School

I am a student of 10th standard in LDC Public School, Soraon Prayagraj. We have a subject called Physical Activity Trainer, Code - 418.
School authorities are providing a printed PDF of book for Physical Education. They are not even providing an original copy of book.
The school authorities are forcing and pressurizing us to buy book only from school and that too on a very high rate of Rs. 210. They are giving reasons like, some editing is done in the book so it is compulsory for all students to buy books from school.
They are also not providing proper hygien in school and the water coolers are also not working since long. Its really hot in our region, and it's difficult for us to stay long in school once our waterbottels get empty.

They are also not behaving properly with student for fees submission related issue. Today I encountered and incident where a student was stopped to enter in bus because his bus fees was not submitted. He insisted that he is going to submit fees today but then also bus driver asked him to show money ( Bus driver said, " Show me if you really have money or you are lying about this.")
Studying in a private CBSE school, we are all aware about the inappropriate rising charges every year but, such a rude and greedy behaviour is hard to tolerate as a student.
I have submitted my this quarter fees (Both academic and bus fees) but, now they are asking for Rs.300 more saying bus fees has increased again. They have listed me in a fees defaulter list even after paying the whole quarter fees.

I want to request the higer official of CBSE to please look into the issue and take the necessary actions.
