Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — school not providing tc for my son

My son jinith. A was studied 8th std in the school. At the time of admission saying school staff syllabus is icsc but affiliation only for state board in the school, we are already paying nearly rs 2lakhs from 4th std to 8th std. Now balance fee rs 15000/- am not able to pay that much of fees. Now studying in one more school and not providing qualified teachers in that syllabus. Therefore i request you sir please help me for further educations.
