Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — social science exam

I am parent of class 10 student who is one of the topper in his scl. He is veŕy upset of sst set 3 question paper. He managed to attempt all the questions but question no 24 was really horrible. Cbse students always tend to use their creativity to answer but q24 was like memorizing the names and symbols of regional parties of all 29 states and it was updated in 2007.
