Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Student to teacher ratio, students made to sit down on the cold floor

Hello,

I am a teacher in sri chaitanya techno school kagdarsupa branch.
Here there are not following students to teacher ratio.
The students are cramped up on the benches.
This school is combining two sections into one class.
For example : in 3a there are 30 students, in 3b there are 30 students, they combine both the sections and give as one period.
So in a small room you have 60 students all cramped into benches 4 students sitting in a two student bench and students who don't have place are asked to sit down on the cold floor, this has been happening for the past one month, I have informed the principal her name is Melissa and the co ordinator and the even the zonal I charge but they have all ignored it and are not hiring enough teachers as prescribed by cbse by laws.
The quality of education is not there it is like a fish market and student cannot learn anything.
There is no staff room for teachers.
The toilet is in pathetic condition.
Students get infected because of the unclean water containers.
