Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Transfer certificate not provided

Respected sir,
I cleared my 10th class in 2020, but school didn't provided me my TC. Because they were saying that 'stay in my school'. But I changed my school. And now i cleared my 12th class . Even now they are not giving me my TC. How can I continue my education?
Please help me sir, I am in trouble situation.
