Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Undue Delay in processing the request for Duplicate Document

Madam/Sir,
I had applied for my Std X Duplicate Pass Certificate and Std XII Duplicate Migration Certificate on 22.10.2024 through online mode at the CBSE, Regional Office, Chennai. Despite the many calls and e-mails to the concerned department, there is no response from CBSE, Regional Office, Chennai.

It is hereby submitted that these documents are urgently required to be submitted to my prospective employer. Also I have remitted the Tatkal fee for the Std X Duplicate Pass Certificate given the urgency of the document. The application details are shared below:
