Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Unfair result of class 12

Respected authorities,
I have just passed class 12 examinations in 2021 in pcm, and I am not at all satisfied with the tabulation policy followed this year...i have scored 96.8 % in class 12th and 96.6% in class 11th ...and my final result of class 12 cbse is 76.2%...how this can even be possible!!!...my internal were also good in class 12..the policy you have adopted in so unfair ..I want you to please look into the matter nd make my new fresh result.
