Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Unsatisfactory marks in class XII result 2021

Respected Sir,
Myself Ashutosh yadav of suryabadan vidyapeeth .I am not satisfied my result of class 12th because i am not satisfied with computer science marks. Because I got only 42 /70 According to the tabulation policy of CBSE, the marks of any subject depends on the marks of the last 3 years of that school. But it is not suitable for me at all. Because I am the first student in the whole school to have taken computer science. Therefore, it is not permissible to spoil my marks according to the policy made by the board. So you have to consider this matter. On asking the teacher, it is being told that CBSE has sent your number according to the policy. But I am a good student of computer science. I can score better than this. As mentioned in the board's policy, it has been told that those who are dissatisfied with their marks can give the paper. But I am busy preparing for the entrance o[censored]nder graduation.
Please solve this problem by any means as soon as possible. Otherwise I will take legal way to solve this problem.
