Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — wrong question in science class 10 board paper on 16 march 2018

In question 7 (Optional question) of set-1 class 10 science paper on 16 march 2018,
Question was - the ph of salt used for making pakodas is "14". Identify the salt?
As per ncert the salt used is baking soda which has ph of 8.5, but in the question ph is given 14 which is of sodium hydroxide.
Hence plz have a look at the question carefully,
