Central Government Holiday Homes — money deducted but not receive the booking id

I have been booked holiday homes at chandigarh from 11 — 1-18 to 13-01-18. Rs. 1260/- has been deducted from my account, but i did not received booking id. I also mailed details at [protected]@nic.in, but no any response has been taken/

Booked Holiday home at Madurai for 30th March to 1st April, 2018. Payment deducted, message received for confirmation with booking ID, but confirmation letter could not generated. My booking ID is[protected]. Suresh K D. AAO, AG's office Bangalore. Booked on 26th January, 2018.
