Dear sir /madam,

This is to inform you that i have stayed at jaipur visiting officer's accomodation since 23july, 21 to 25th july, 2021. My wife and me have long awaited devotion and strong beleif to lord mehandipur balaji with restriction to foods and intimated about this to catering person in advance to avoid onion and garlic in all food in-spite of this today morning breakfast they added onion in food. This incidence hurt our relegiuos snetiments.
It is requested to kindly make arrangement for good hosiptality and right attitude of catering person at visiting officer's accomodation.

I have booking at Kolkata Guest house from 07.02.2021 to 11.02.2021. I have been alloted room no. 15A for my stay. I am very disappointed that the blankets provide me are so dirty and care taker is not ready to change. The TV has no recharge and there is no Gaezor in bathroom.

Sttaf behaviour is too much harsh on people... More over the security gaurds are uneducated, they dont know how to speak wisely...

Secondly my wife was told to get a ultra sound from govt deepensary sector 40, sstill they charged me a consulting free as they told that they dont aggree with the govt doctor consulatation

Other than that medical attendent o[censored]ltrasound was soo rude that he smashed the paper on table...

No social distancing also in case of crona

Please please do not interact with the staff of asia house, delhi.. Cpwd holiday home. My experience being humilated.in front of my family. Just arrived forty five minutes early... These staff behaviour and staff response is so humiliating.. The entire trip @asia house delhi will haunt you during your entire stay.. It happenned such that i and my family were made to stand outside for the entire srtech.. My fault only being i arrived an 45 minutes early.. Before check out time at 10.15hrs.. Just horriffic.. The way one mr. Subhash.. Cpwd.. Would address you as i[censored] are a free downtrodden customer.. On the mercy of cpwd delhi.. Simply disgusting... Intolerable rudeness... Never ever visit with ur family on a holiday...

I tried no of times to book cpwd holiday home at mysore online but my application is not uploading. Exact reason not knowing. A remark comes as "index was outside the bounds of the array". I am retired from ministry of communications with ppo no:[protected]. Getting pension of rs 26500/- pm. I want two days of stay on 26th & 27th feb 2019 in mysore. I am ready to send a dd by post to mysore if the address is given by you. Or i can pay in mysore during the stay. You may decide. Accept this complaint as booking and help. My photo is attached. Sir, I tryed booking CPWD holiday home Hydrabad Estate, Nepean Sea Road, (Opp. Priyadarshini Park) Mumbai for 02-days wef[protected] to[protected] but failed even after payment from my net Banking account to Axis Bank as follows:

My booking could not confirmed but twice amount has been deducted from my bank.

I had booked central government holiday home at agra for double bedded ac room for one night from 08/03/2018 to 09/03/2018. The actual rate is rs.330/- per night, but i had been charged rs.930/-. I am a central government employee under pstc/ser/kharagpur. My booking id was :dd18022085. I had been charged for three days though my actual stay was oneday or one night. Kindly solve this and if possible try to refund my debited extra amount.

I have been booked holiday homes at chandigarh from 11 — 1-18 to 13-01-18. Rs. 1260/- has been deducted from my account, but i did not received booking id. I also mailed details at [protected]@nic.in, but no any response has been taken/

I am Manan Dholakia, working as a scientist in Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu.
On 27th May'17, I tried to book Holiday home in Mysore for 11th to 13th Jun'2017, using the website http://holidayhomes.nic.in/. My money got deducted, but no booking confirmation came. The site hangs and asks not to go back or refresh, and remains so for hours.
I applied for refund, and in that too, the site hanged.
Then on 28th May, 17, I again started rebooking for the same dates, again money got deducted and no booking confirmation has come.
I called several times to the phone numbers but no body picked up the phones either.
I don't remember my previous booking ID (27th May17), while for the next booking, the id is : DD17048747.
The site is too sloppy and gives a lot of trouble, and the helpline is of no use.
Please take the necessary action immediately.
