I am Mohit kumar I have booked holiday home in goa from 30 march16 to 2 apr 16 through holidayhomes official website but money of rs 990 deducted from account through axis bank payment gateway but booking status is still showing penbding. My booking ID :

Payment receipt number:

But I am not getting any path to get my money back.
Money is credited in the account of ministry o[censored]rban development directorates of estate.I am not getting good response from anywhere.
Kindly do favour and let try to return my money

For the last one week I am trying to book the Holiday Home and when I press the Make Payment page again comes to same page and hence I am not able to book the holiday home. Sent mail to DOE but not response from there site and people are also very rude. Same response from their top boss and No response from even from the concerned Honourable Minister inspite of even sent him/updated the information on twiter.
Money deducted from account but booking is regreat not confirm

I was booked a touring officer hostel already payment is deducted but booking is regreated still amount is not refund in my account.

my booking id--DD 18008279 DT-24 /01/2018 IS TRANSACTION DATE AND BOOKING THROUGH HDFC BANK NET BANKING.

PLS SOLVE IT AND REFUND MY MONEY. I ALSO CALL SOMANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONCING.

I booked a double bed room at Kolkatat guest house (11/6/2018 to 14/06/2018). But the booking was not confimed and an amount of Rs 990/- was deducted from my bank account. I have applied for refund in the holidayhomes.nic.in portal. But the amount has not been refunded as yet.

The amount has been deducted against booking ID of one of the followings:
i) Booking Request ID: DD18057004 dated 25/4/2018
ii) Booking Request ID: DD18056972 dated 25/4/2018
iii) Booking Request ID: DD18056989 dated 25/4/2018

Requsted kindly to get the amount refunded please.
