Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — fellowship failed

I am your bank customer under the scheme of CSIR UGC NET JRF.
Actually these was my last installment of fellowship in order to get a fellowship I have already upl0aded all documents like HRA, Continuation and annually contigency report of month July, August, september 2019, total three months.
It was uploaded On 14 October 2019 after one week pfms released first one month fellowship and when I checked online on pfms portal it was shown me under the bank cbs processing and after I lt will be failed because of insufficient balance.
Same story happens to next two months fellowship.
I have kindly request to you please help me... And solve my problem as soon as possible.
