Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — Scholarship payment failing everytime

Sir my scholarship payment is failing due to account reached maximum credit limit the first time it happened I updated my account in nsp portal but after updating the account my scholarship amount is still failed due to account reach maximum credit limit. So kindly sent me my scholarship amount in two parts or if possible any other method .My college fees depend on this scholarship so please resolve this issue
