Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — scholarship payment transaction failed

I applied for post matric scholarship under national fellowship and scholarship for higher education of st students - scholarship (Formally top class education for schedule tribe students).

Sir in our college everyone got scholarship amount except me sir, while tracking the payment status it's showing that payment failed. My account is in running only sir, please sir resolve my problem sir, my education depends on that scholarship amount sir, please sir solve my problem sir it will helpful for my studies sir.
