Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — CSAB Registration fees not refunded

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I'm Sruthi and I made the payment for student named Tejaswi Nimmagadda.She was registered under CSAB 2022. Her allotted seat was cancelled in supernumerary round in CSAB, as per the rules we are eligible for a refund. But the refund is not made to me since November 2022. The website says refund will be made to all eligible candidates by 31st December 2022. But to date Apr 30, 2023, I have not received the refun .

I am also trying to contact them at Csab Helpline Number but it was never answered in spite of calling several times throughout the day since 1st January 2023. Please consider my request for refund as soon as possible.
