I am swamy from andhra pradesh. Recently my nephew Buddha kowsthab who appeared in josaa but not allotted any seat there, also applied for csab special rounds in the month of august for which we have paid rs 45000/- to excercise the options available in reputed colleges but was not allocated any seat in the first round itself.
So instead of proceeding to the second round, we opted out of csab and exited from there so that our fee 45000/- would be refunded back to our bank. Upon promising the refund be done after 15 days of exit when contacted them through phone call, but our money is not refunded.
Again after 1 month we contacted them, this time they didn't even bother to pick up the call. So I mailed them as the money is very urgent for us, they replied the money will be refunded by the end of september or first week of october. This is already 2nd week of october but no response from them either through call or email. This is so rude and disgusting that such a prestigious institute like NIT-K, SURATKAL has been playing with the emotions of common people.
If this much time is needed for you just to refund back our money, you should mention that in the notification itself with bold letters. We are vexed with this NIT-K SURATKAL, CSAB department and seeking an immediate action to make amends in this regards.
My nephew's application number is[protected] . We are not that patient, we are lodging a police complaint and tag your institute in all social media handles to expose your cunning mindset if not our refund is not processed immediately right now.
Central Seat Allocation Board [CSAB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
