Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Double payment issue in csab

I have registered for csab on 18/11/2020 but the first payment which was done through upi app got failed and i had to pay Rs 37000 again to csab.
I didn't got any seats in the allocation rounds and the amount which was done through the successful transaction was refunded to me.
The failed transaction resulted in Rs 37000 being debited from my account and i still haven't got the money refunded to me.
I have send multiple emails to csab but haven't got a reply yet.
I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the transaction that got failed on the website but resulted in Rs 37000 being debited from my account.
Please do the necessary.
