Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Fee refund for csab special round

I applied for csab special round seat allotment and paid rs 37000 as fee. It was said that if I wasnot allotted any seats then my money will be refunded and I wasn't alloted any seats during the special round. And also on its website it is mentioned that the refund should be initiated from 15 December but today is 22 December and still I didn't get my money refunded. ... Please help me and make this process done soon...🙏
