Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — I'm complaining about Csab counselling 2022 registration fee refund

It has been long time since Csab councelling finished, I had submitted my csab registration fee of 38000rupees in csab councelling then in first round of councelling I didn't get any seat so I was taken exit from the councelling, inspite of having eligible for refund, my csab councelling registration fee not refunded yet. As on csab website, expected date of bank reconciliation process that is 31 December, 2022 is also passed but money not refunded yet, my father is in tension weather they will refund money or not. Please 🙏 understand my problem and refund my money as soon as possible.
