Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Non receival of money refund

Respected sir/Madam,
It's been about 6 months, the counselling process has ended, and I still didn't receive the money refund, that I am eligible for, since I had quit the josaa counselling process. It's seriously unnerving that the body took money from us so early with a deadline provided and now when we're in need of the refund, they won't even reply to our mails. I've inquired about my refund quite a lot and I've got no answers at all. This is such a shame to a body like that which should have been more responsible.
We really do need our money back, and 35k isn't a small amount.
Please look into this and refund our money to the earliest.
