Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — participation and seat acceptance fee not refunded till now

Sir,
I had paid both participation and seat acceptance fee which means total of 71500 rupees out of which 70000 rupees are not refunded till now. I was alloted iiit bhubneshwar in both special rounds, but i not reported at that institute please tell me that am i eligible for fee refund or not, if yes then till which date i will get my money refunded. Please reply

Sir, i have participated in csab rounds . i had upadated my bank details but didin't get any refund . plz refund as well as possible . i'm eligible for refund process . please take action.

Its been more than 2 months and 35000 is not a small amount guys, CSAB please refundthe money, instead you guys are just asking the bank details for those who havent filled them, comeon guys its been 2 months everyone needing it would have filled it
