Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — refund for josaa special round

I deposited 16, 500 for my jossa special round on 27/07/19. Since i was not alloted any seat and according to the rules i was suppose to get refund of 15, 000 after deduction of 1500 but still there was no refund, while there was no information about it on the website and i am not able to get in touch with the contact no. I. E provided on the website due to some network issues. So therefore i would kindly like to get my refund and a quick response.
