Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Refund for my double payment

Address:Ram Krishna nagar Patna 27 near holy faith school

I'm Sandhya rani and my application no. is[protected] I applied for CSAB by paying ₹44, 000 but the transaction was failed but my money was deducted from my account i thought I will comeback to my account after some days so i again paid Rs44000 but I was not alloted any seat in any round.
As I contacted to my bank they told me that the money has been sent back to cssab
Few day ago my refund status was showing but now my refund status is not showing anymore it's been more than 2 months still haven't received any refund
So i request to make my refund of my both money as soon as possible.
