Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — Refund is not received yet. Customer support is not responding to provide the information

It's been more than a month completed CSAB counseling, As we are not allowed a seat, we suppose to get a refund fee of what we paid 37000/-, In the CSAB portal refund showing a refund initiated from 15th DEC, But we still not received yet. Please find the details below
