Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — refundable registration deposit not refunded

I have applied for Engineering Admission through CSAB on November 19, 2020 and my details are as follows:
Candidate Name: V. Deepak Raj
JEE Application Number:[protected]
The total fee paid for registration was Rs. 37, 000. It was stated that in case of no allotment of seat, there would be a refund of Rs. 35, 000/-. But I haven't been allotted a seat through CSAB and it was stated that the initiation of the refund of the deposit would be started by Dec 15, 2020. But till date, the refund was not reflected in my bank account.
