Sir, please requesting you to change College to nit of any branch or any nit College or forgive College fee of alloted branch.i am belonging to very poor family and my family income is less than a lakhs, I and my whole family not able to pay such high fee of iiit dharwad which I alloted. Even my family not seen such whole money. Sir please help me
