Century Holidays (Flowery Club India Pvt Ltd) — fraud made by century holidays

Century holiday executive called me on 08/05/19 to visit hotel royal inn, sri muktsar sahib, punjab, alongwith my wife. They offered me plan of rs. 1, 35, 000/- for 10 years of 6 nights per year. They also offered gift vouchers of 2 nights/ 3 days domectic and couple movie ticket vocuher.

Their employee gaurav and reema mittal said if i want to make partial payment of rs. 1, 35, 000/- package i can also do that and they will provide me bank account number of their company to transfer the remaining amount. I was promised to receive my membership no. Within 15 days. I agreed to their terms and conditions and made a payment of rs. 40000/- to them on dated 08/05/19 and remaining payment of rs. 95000/- was to deposited on receving of their account no. I received email from the company regarding their package and the payment details that i have made.

But till date i have not received any membership no or bank account number of the company. I called gaurav several times to book the gift voucher given to me and to provide bank details so that i can make the remaining payment but he told he will arrange email from his company and booked only two movie tickets given to me as gift vouchers.

This company centruy holidays is a big fraud. I want to complaint about it kindly help me. I want my 40000/- back.
