This is a big fraud company

This is regarding the membership they gave us.
They had invited us on 27.01.2019 in hotel GM Continental, Yamunanagar in evening and offered us the membership and promised to fulfill all your declaration as given in written agreement. We had made payment of Rs. 10000/- through debit card and 120000/- through credit card i.e total payment of Rs 130000/- were paid to them on same day. They promised to refund the interest on EMI of credit card which we paid to them. But they are not providing any refund and not even services that they committed to us. They promised for free vouchers of accommodation at any place in India but they did not providing any services. After so many mails and phone calls they are not replying. I also called their senior Ms. Swati Bhardwaj, Mr. Sharad and Mr. Deepak who has given us membership, we also follow up with customer care but they avoiding my calls and never answer Satisfactorily after all these i called the owner of company Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Hemant Awana but none of them is answering my calls and mails. I mailed and called so many times but no one taking it seriously and harassing me from beginning. Last mail I received from you is on 31.07.2019 that you had intiated my refund but till now I didn't receive any amount.we want our complete refund as soon as possible and Interest of five months is pending from your side MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER & NOVEMBER i.e Rs. 2509.94+2456.32+2384.07+2328.63 + 2272.17 + 2214.69 + 2156.14 = 16321.96. I am requesting again and again kindly my refund my interest amount and membership amount as I don't want to continue because you had not fulfilled your promises as per agreement or I have to take a strict legal action against you. Declaration enclosed.

Kindly help me in my refund. I am facing a big problem by this company.

They offered a package in which 75, 000 is paid through bank transfer and the remaining 60, 000 was to be paid through installment and for which bank details with my signature is already taken. As promised they were to provide free 7-night stay in a year, however, they are not providing the service and do not answer to any mail or phone calls and by chance, anyone picks they only tell will check back and call and then never call again.
And one of the executive's number is now not reachable, 1 switched off and remaining will not answer and even if they do this is what they will tell "will check and get back"

I wish to lodge complaint against century holidays as i have taken gold membership vide above ref id nos and i have already paid rs 60, 000/- balance rs 40, 000/- were to be paid after availing first holiday trip, accordingly i have planned my holiday trip in nov, 19, booked my rail and air tickets and informed company to book hotels at andman island from 14.11.19 to 17.11.19 and informed company by email on 16.07.19 then followed by 6 reminders till date. I have also sent message to company director mr hemant awana at his mobile no[protected] on 02.08.19 and make him several calls but to no avail, i have informed him either to confirm hotel booking at andman or else refund my rs 60, 000/- as i have not availed any single service from his company. But he and his company has failed to give me a reply or picked a call. I have also written that it is clear case of cheating and fraud for which i will go for lodging fir with delhi police and also lodge complaint with district consumer forum despite writing to ministry of corporate affair, but no action has been taken by company director. By this mail i wish to highlight my apathy, i am in fear of loosing my hard earned money of rs 60, 000/-. I hope this consumer complaint forum would help me in getting justice. Regars. Century holiday executive called me on 08/05/19 to visit hotel royal inn, sri muktsar sahib, punjab, alongwith my wife. They offered me plan of rs. 1, 35, 000/- for 10 years of 6 nights per year. They also offered gift vouchers of 2 nights/ 3 days domectic and couple movie ticket vocuher.

Their employee gaurav and reema mittal said if i want to make partial payment of rs. 1, 35, 000/- package i can also do that and they will...

The Century Co agents Deepak ([protected]) and Mohit Porwal ([protected]) invited me and my wife in a hotel at Yamunanagar on 27.01.19 and said that Co wants to give us a free 3N/4D voucher with Breakfast etc and showed us Co packages etc which we bought for Rs 1, 12, 000 through 2 cr cards and they gave us 2 return air tickets, 1N anniversary ticket, another Voucher of 3N/4D which we availed in Mar19.When we tried to book another voucher for Pune for July19 then they refused on this and that reasons and we lost train tickets booking also.so we asked for 25.05.19 booking then they replied that it will be charged with maintenance which was unfair and fraudulant act for us. They always harass and after great struggle we get the service. We have no faith in this Co's honesty and we pray to get us our money refunded immediately.They are cheat people as per public reviews also.Their attitude is unprofessional and defective.
They should be asked to refund money for violation of contract.
They demand monies on phone calls and not in emails. In emails they say that so much advance booking is not available or not being done now etc etc.
