I have taken a membership from Century Holidays last year that cost me INR 55000. This membership states that I am entitled for one week holiday stay every year in their partner properties. However when I am contacting them now for bookings they are not giving me any confirmation. Since the travel arrangements/cost needs to made by me, I wanted to expedite the process. It has been 15-20 days now they are not even replying to my mails.
Nobody picks up the phone nor anybody contacted me yet with any assurance that they will do this at earliest.
