Membership deposited on[protected] no response for 3 years...

I had taken membership of Century Holiday in Ginger Hotel in September-October 2018. I had planned to avail offered GOA Trip (Air Fare + Hotel) for 3 nights 4 days (for 2 Adults + 1 Kid 2.5 yrs old) starting from 23 Nov 2018. They were unable to provide me the promised offer and also not responded to return my hard earned money.

I became member of century holidays in 2018 with lot of promises. My member ship number is ch10del215. I have got a worst experience with this company. This seems to be a fraud company. Number of times i have requested for bookings. Initially they have responded but after a lot of reminders but lately they have even failed to respond. There help line numbers also do not work. I could never get any booking from them for one reason or the other....

I have taken a membership from Century Holidays last year that cost me INR 55000. This membership states that I am entitled for one week holiday stay every year in their partner properties. However when I am contacting them now for bookings they are not giving me any confirmation. Since the travel arrangements/cost needs to made by me, I wanted to expedite the process.
