Cera Sanitaryware — Flush tank valves not functioning

I am HS Satyanarayana, residing at: plot No 87, Banjara Orchards, Banjara Layout, Off Banjara Layout) Main Road, (Near Balaji General Stores), Horamavu Agara, Bengaluru-560043. I bought four flush tanks with the associated mechanisms for the four bathrooms in our house. We occupied the house on 23 May 2017 and put the above bathrooms and toilets into operation. Though the tanks and the mechanisms were installed almost three-four months back, there has never been a single day that all of them functioned satisfactorily. On complaining on the call centre number, they were attended to but without any lasting result.

Kindly look into the problem of frequent failures (possible use subsatandard items or servicing by incompetent technicians or inadequacy in designing a fail safe system.

Ever since 23 May 2017, they have been totally non operational. My attempts to contact the call center have been futile.

I request you to depute a thoroughly conversant technician at the very earliest to set right all the flushing systems once and for all.
