Cera delivered a faulty commode to us and we have been trying to follow up with them for an exchange (which they committed to while purchase) since past 2 months. Now the team, has stopped answering our calls and not providing any solution. Their team-members also do not provide any clear communication when they visit.

Less volume of water through Inlet and also seat cover broken

Senator Cera closet's flush doesnt work properly.. it gets struck often and water logs in ..This is the reason why they sell it putting as offer ... Cheating customers

When we are using this cera seat . This will not be flushed out properly from the first day . This is manufacturing defect . So please take an immediate action against this.

Installed a product from CERA.. Pneumatic flushing system closet. Eventhough it works, sufficient water is not being pushed causing waste don't get flushed out. Wash basin mixture is leaking since purchased.

We purchase this product from Dua bath collection from Faridabad .
After installation we are facing problem in the suction, water flow of tank, of our toilet pot.
we lodged complaint on 20th Nov 2021 but technician does not understand the problem & since then we are at same place.

Need your help to resolve the problem otherwise pls refund our money.

Water leakage

I am writing a complaint about the unsatisfactory service from your side.
As you had done service in our premises but WC is still leaking in office toilet
We have put many complaints but nobody came in our office for service check.
Please resolve the issue at earliest.

Dear sir,
We have been cheated by a dealer- Ashwani Enterprises, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.
They have sold us a CERA Commode which was a sample piece in the showroom and was defective. The company had stopped its production but this was not told to us. The cost we paid was RS. 23000/-( discounted price) and the dealer claimed it to be of MRP RS. 63000/-
The dealer now refuses to give us bill of the said amount.

We have purchased an EWC "Cat no. A 1044102 by Senator-Sherry" around 1 and a 1/2 month back, but while installing we found an issue that there is no proper flow of water while flushing. We tried to contact customer care and after addressing we received a message, "CERA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU SOON". But we could get any touch from your end even after 3 days.

Tried to complaint again through customer care but still received same message. Tried through website and submitted the complaint online but there also we received service call no. M[protected] and complaint no. C[protected] and assurance that team member will contact you shortly but we are still waiting for that short time.

Please respond, we tried CERA and it's totally worst experience we received yet.

We purchased on comot named CIMBA from Garg sales corporation lucknow on 02.04.2021 but are not satisfied with its working.After we flush latrine it remain stick with bottom of Comot.what can be the reason & pl help us .we are senior citizen.

I had got the flush tank repaired thru Cera customer service and had called Ravi Sakpal for my issue. The technician came & replaced the ball cock but still the problem persisted & after a month I again called Cera and they sent their technician only to find out that the part was not genuine & he mentioned will escalate the issue but he did not reply to my follow ups stating that everything is fine. The problem again started after 2 months and I called Cera once gain to resolve my problem but they completely refused to replace the part stating that the part is not serviced by Cera technician and they aren't willing to take any responsibility on the same. I feel really cheated. I had called Cera and have a bill too but they are refusing to attend to my issue and asking me to pay for the replacement instead of getting it replaced imm.

When we push the toilet flush then the button is not coming back and we have to hold the button and push back. Request you to change the flush button.

Its on 01/10/19 that we had placed an order with the outlet (Ceramic plus - at subhanpura, vadodara). We received partial items on 07/10/19. We have also already paid for a few things we have not yet received.in spite of repeated phone calls since then, we are still to receive the remaining items & also our refund. We have been fed up making almost 50- 60 calls since then - to harshil & nishtha. Every time its some new excuse which crops up. A hopeless experience - very bad

1)hot and cold water Taps leaking
2)Commode seater screws broken.
3)commode flush leaking.

Purchased cera products for nearly 1.25 lakh in oct &nov 2018 for my house under construction. On march 2019 when i opened them for installation, it is found that there was a crack on one wash basin (Cognac white). Contacted the dealer m/s brothers hardwares. But they simply washed their hands by instructing me to call ceracare. To attend the call a technician visited & simply closed the complaint saying it is not manufacturing defect. So if you are planning to purchase cera products "don't believe their warranty& service". Or else purchase quality brands like jaquar/ roca.

My bathroom fittings are getting rusted, not even one year, very poor customer service.

I booked complaint a person attended and then they closed the case without any action, saying water problem.

I wanted to see all the test reports for the fittings and the oxidation test.
What environmental tests has been carried out? If not i will go to consumer court after paying so much cera is giving unfit products...

sir i had purchased 2 seats from above firm against the bill no 8677 dtd23.9.2010. both seats are not working properly sir the complint i/c mr nikhil is not responding properly. his plumber told us the sifens are not so good they should be.nither the firm and nor the co.i/c nikhil is taking any action. sir i had requested them telephonically several times but all in vain they are just waiting for the expiry of the gaurantee period. your good self is requested to do the needful and oblige.
