Its on 01/10/19 that we had placed an order with the outlet (Ceramic plus - at subhanpura, vadodara). We received partial items on 07/10/19. We have also already paid for a few things we have not yet received.in spite of repeated phone calls since then, we are still to receive the remaining items & also our refund. We have been fed up making almost 50- 60 calls since then - to harshil & nishtha. Every time its some new excuse which crops up. A hopeless experience - very bad Was this information helpful? |
