CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Tariff Change from Commercial to Domestic

ear Sir/Madam, My Consumer Number is [protected] in the Name of Panna Lal Nayak. i have applied to Alteration of Services- Change of Commercial Tariffs to Domestic Tariffs because we have don't have any other Electric meter and i am not using this commercial meter for any business purpose through Online 10th Feb 14 vide ref no 05/02860/14, same was physically verified by your official on 12th Feb 14.they told that you will get the letter from our department.but i have not received any letter from your end then i have visited to your Syambazar cesc office.they have given me a letter mentioning that to contact North Suburban regional office (Kamarhati) CESC Kamarhati office said that we don't have any connection with Online application related to any kind of changes, these all rubbish said by your Junior or Senior Official at Kamarhati office. my question if then why you have launched online cesc if...why all mention on in site when you don't want to give services to your customer. now after few days i have applied once again for changes of services to Kamarhati office vide docket no 030314/[protected]/030314 dated 3rd March 14, this was also physical verified by your officials on 10th March 14 but till date i have't received any positive reply from your end your have verified more than once for my case and today is 22nd Mar14 and still not resolved. kindly look in to this matter on priority.
