My con no.[protected].House no.989 LIG, (K-4), KALINGA VIHAR, BBSR, 751019.
DUE TO cesu inefficient staff and procedure delay I am being made to suffer power cut as bill not paid charge, which is false.there was excess payment to cesu by me in the 03/2016 bill of rs -453/then they asked for new meter and took 1.5 month to install.it got fitted on 28/4/16 and they said reading would happen in next 3 months time.so there was no bill actually but they kept showing average bill of 288 units every month.Finally saw meter with minor reading as house was not in use for long and disconnected power today.
