Sir, we are from mahalaxmi vihar under bcdd-ii (Bharatpur) electrical section. We are very sorry to report that this phase is suffering from frequent load shedding and low voltage innumerable times in a day, while all other lanes of durgamadhab nagar remain intact. Kindly note that this phenomenon has severely affected our home appliances and gadgets. But no solution has been found out yet. Please offload some connections to other phases...

DUE TO cesu inefficient staff and procedure delay I am being made to suffer power cut as bill not paid charge, which is false.there was excess payment to cesu by me in the 03/2016 bill of rs -453/then they asked for new meter and took 1.5 month to install.it got fitted on 28/4/16 and they said reading would happen in next 3 months time.so there was no bill...
