Cgc Landran — Not getting refund

I took admission in cgc Landran in March 2023 and paid an advance of 11000 and i did not join due to some personal problems. I was promised that tis money is refundable. When i called for a refund they said the process will start after the admissions are closed and after that they said the process will start when the classes are gonna start after that they said its gonna be October and than November .i submitted my information for refund in October and they said it will take 45 day and then when i called to enquire they said the process started on 1st November so it'll take 45 days and after 15 December they are saying that have patience you'll get your money and now they are not picking up call nor replying to any texts or emails. This is the 10th month and i still not got my refund neither are they giving any update . What should i do? I have proof of payment and the chats where they said all of it .
