Cgc Landran Complaints & Reviews

I took admission in cgc Landran in March 2023 and paid an advance of 11000 and i did not join due to some personal problems. I was promised that tis money is refundable. When i called for a refund they said the process will start after the admissions are closed and after that they said the process will start when the classes are gonna start after that they said its gonna be October and than November .i submitted my information for refund in October and they said it will take 45 day and then when i called to enquire they said the process started on 1st November so it'll take 45 days and after 15 December they are saying that have patience you'll get your money and now they are not picking up call nor replying to any texts or emails. This is the 10th month and i still not got my refund neither are they giving any update . What should i do? I have proof of payment and the chats where they said all of it .

I have submitted three online request to refund the Advance paid for the admission of my daughter on the mail id [protected]@cgc.edu.in

but neither they have refunded my money, nor they are responding back

I counted the money properly before giving to the person who deposit the fee.but he said that the amount is less and asked for 500 rs.more . He counted the money in the machine and started it very late after putting money in it. And when I quarreled with that person that how the amount can be less when I give you the money after counting properly.but he didn't agree.

On 20/06/2021 i send 11, 000 rupees in the cgc landran account as a registation fees the tell me that if you dont want to continue the will refund me 9, 000 rupees but now the are making excuses not picking my call and if i try with another contact no the give me exuse that the will refund it next month. I got govt. Cllg admission but i need my money urgently to pay my fees but the are not responding or taking any responsibility

I have taken Admission in CGC Landran on 06 june 2019, and then, due to some reasons I cancelled my admission from there on 22nd july, and asked for refund of my fees then they said me that you have to come to the campus and submit a fee refund application then only you can get your fees refund, then, few days later I reached there and submitted the refund application in the accounts department and returned back to my home then few days later...
