chaitanya — My Degree certificate and marks sheet not receive

Dear sir, This is D. V. U. K. Chaitanya, I have completed B.com - in June 2012. I don't receive any kind of provisional certificate & Degree certificate from your end.
Please advise me the procedure for receiving the degree certificate. Further I have lot of job opportunities and they asked the degree certificate for their verification. Due to non availability of degree certificate frequently I missed the opportunities.
Therefore I once again request your good self to kindly verity the above details and enclosures, send my degree certificate. In this regard I attached my admission card & and College details.
