Chalo Jai — Complaint against manager(Manoj dutta)

On 30th October we reached Varanasi with "chalo jai"... No one from chalo jai in train even came to us to know our condition. 1) After reaching Varanasi during lunch we were informed that manager would neither direct us to Viswanath temple nor the Ghats... Just after reaching that place this news was shocking because we hadn't studied that place so it was very difficult for us to discover those roads, even for this we were lost once... what will be the consequences if something bad happened there? The timing may vary for the visit of temple for different individual but it was the duty of manager to take care of every individual any how (at least for the 1st day)... We visited Haridwar and south with cholo jai so we know its quality and this time it was worse, no one was there to take care o[censored]s... 2) During the tours by bus or sumo we didn't get at least 5 mins for shopping, we were just running the whole day!!3) The most disgusting thing was when manager asked us to checkout during 9.30 a.m (the last day) but we had the train during 6 p.m so didn't we paid for that day?? Didn't we pay for the food??4) Manager was very rude in this trip and this cause the most difficulty to us... 5) the food quality was worse even during feast food was not served equally, many of dishes ware skipped by them... and the last day morning in train we were not served a cup of tea also, even before Howrah no one came to us to ask our condition... This time it was a very irritating tour... i will never recommend Chalo Jai to anyone after this... awful and very frustrating!! If these are the results after going with a tour agency why would we choose a tour agency next time?? Better to go alone and discover…
