Disrespectful behaviour and non - acceptance of Bus Pass

Address: Hostel 5, IISER Bhopal, 462066 MP

I was travelling from bhauri ( IISER Bhopal 462066) to Chirayu on bus 204 (08) the bus conductor refused to take the bus pass at first and later in the middle of journey he removed us from the bus and used abusive language.

There were several other episodes of him doing the same thing to other passengers, Also when there is a group of 2-3 passengers He takes the fair of all the people and just have the ticket for only one passengers,...

Purchase product. 50 inch kodak tv and immediately trying to cancel on same day...

But...

Very worst app as there is no provision for cancellation. Ex 1st of oct mistakenly purchased a tv without knowing the higher interest rates. Immediately tried to cancel on same day itself. But no provision. Calked customer care. They said refuse delivery without sharimg otp. As they said its happened after 2 days. But cancel procedure not processed instead they marked product as delivered. Shocked. Irequently called customer care and mailed them as there is no solution. After 5 days finf the seller and followed. They infirmed once product receive bh them on return badis they will start cancel procedure. Till its not happened. The amount paid to them is still lying with them. As of nowThere is no sign for cancellation and refund of my amount. 6 days over now. After 7 days they may inform you need to cancel before 6 days. This is their plan. No management is responsible for my requested complaint.
Dont go for buying products if you are not in position to confirm about the product.

    I purchased lifetime storage for my baby girl born on 26th april and part of the offer price, I was informed that I will be getting a baby stroller after 1 month. I am following with sales person Keerthi vendan for last 3 months but in return I am being asked to wait for one week everytime. If you people can not honor your commitment and contract, then don't promise something. Highly disappointed

      We are on going tourists of Himachal pradesh (small). We started our journey from 18th May, 2018.We are still on the journey.We are facing a lot of problem with the tour managers because both the managers are not at all co-operative. They are least bothered to look after the problems of the tourists. They are doing according to their will. Even if are feeling sick they are not bothered to see what is our problem.
      We are old customers of your travel club but we have not faced such bad conditions on our previous tours what we are facing in this on going tour.
      Its an earnest request to please look after the matter seriously and take necessary actions .
      We will be highly obliged if you take serious note on the situation.

      Contacted Chalo Jai Main office for the trip for immediate payment. First I was told to mail my requirement. Sent mail twice. Then rang up 4 times for bank details, but they showed no interest even in providing bank details. On 5th phone call I was told every body was busy for Kali puja that too on 5th itself. Very poor service. My money saved.

        On 30th October we reached Varanasi with "chalo jai"... No one from chalo jai in train even came to us to know our condition. 1) After reaching Varanasi during lunch we were informed that manager would neither direct us to Viswanath temple nor the Ghats... Just after reaching that place this news was shocking because we hadn't studied that place so it was very difficult for us to discover those roads, even for this we were lost once... what...

        Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to draw your kind attention for some of my concerns and beater experience regarding to Varanasi – Allahabad package on 27-12-13. I have traveled with different renowned travel agent (ie Banerjee / kundu) several times and my experience with cholo Jai not the same. I have selected Cholo-Jai this time as I have heard some good feedback about them but my experience does not proof so. Anyway, I thought to share my experience with you, but you will take any action or not is totally your wish. After this experience I will never recommended Cholo-Jai any more to any of my friend or family members. 14th Dec 13 : My first bad experience happened once I had gone for final payment. It was on 16th Dec’13 as communicated by Cholo-Jai but due to my personal problem my date was changed to 13th Dec (Saturday). Once I had reached to Cholo-Jai office, there is no one to accept my remaining amount and I have to wait for 2 hours for this. Which could have been communicated much earlier to me and my 2 hours of time can be saved. 27th & 28th Dec 13: We have started on 27th Dec any our train was late by 8 hours. There is only one representative of Cholo-Jai in our train which is not at all sufficient for address 22 person in the train. Cholo-Jai could have arranged some more persons to address those entire 22 passengers properly. 29th Dec 13: We have done Allahabad trip on this day. It was fine trip for all the day except for boating in Pryag. Cholo-Jai agreed to arrange Boating for all o[censored]s and charged Rs. 150/- per head. I personally checked with different boat agent and one single boat cast around 400 to 500 rs for 8 persons. I could not understand why Cholo-Jai charges us 1200/- ( 8 * 150 ) rs for a single boat where as it can be manage in 400/- to 500/- rs max. 30th Dec 13: We have gone for Varanasi side seen. Cholo-Jai representative did not mention any time limit for any place and due to that all the visitors are wasting the time like any thing. They are doing marketing for more than an hour but Cholo-Jai did not follow up them at all. At last in Sarnath, Cholo-Jai representative forces us to complete the mesuam and stoopa by 20 minute which is not at all possible. I have a round of hot discussion with Cholo-Jai representative and I did not agree with this time. After that Cholo-Jai representative arrange a separate auto for me and return me back at hotel. This is good approach indeed. But it could be avoided if Cholo-Jai maintain proper timings. In the evening Cholo-Jai plned for Biswanath Darson trip. We have an 14 seat Tempo Traveler for this trip. There was four old (65+) person available in our car but un fortunately there is no one Cholo-Jai representative available in our bus. The Tempo Traveler stopped almost 2 km before the actual place and those entire old aged person are bounded to work for those 2 KM. No one Cholo-Jai representative are available or help them at this point. I have called Cholo-Jai representative several times but no action had been taken. Where as there is another Travera which covered those 2 KM and reach to the actual place. If Cholo-Jai representative consider and re-allocate the seating arrangement then that can be managed much better way. Cholojai charged 100/ rs per person to boating in Ganga river and we have paid al most 2200/- rs all together. I have checkd personally that the boating cost is 40 rs per head and aprox 1000/- for a big boat which provided by Cholo-Jai representative. I could not understand why Cholo-Jai charges us 2200/- ( 22 * 100 ) rs for a single boat where as it can be manage in 1000/- rs max. This eveining Cholo-Jai provide a small packet of biscuits of 5 rs and a cup of tea as evening snacks. This amount of snacks is not at all sufficient for a person. 31st Dec 13: We are travelling back to Kolkata from Varanasi station. As per Cholo-Jai’s commitment, there should not any upper birth in the train. Unfortunately most of the Old aged person are got upper birth which was really difficult for them to manage. Cholo-Jai did not provide any assistance to them. This is not a complain more over it is a concern from my side which I have notice in entire trip. 1. Cholo-Jai should more transparent about there hidden charges 2. They should take care of the quality and amount of food 3. Cholo-Jai should provide more assistance to the old aged person. 4. A small packet of biscuits of 5 rs is not at all sufficient for snacks for a person 5. Cholo-Jai should take more responsibility and representative should available any time for assistance.

          To The Managing Director, 2, Ho Chi Minh Sarani 1st Floor, Kolkata. Sub: Complaint from the Touring Party, Gujrat Tour(11th October, 2013) organized by Chalo Jai Travel Club, Kolkata. Respected Sir, We the undersigned tourists of the aforesaid Touring Party, regret to inform you that since the beginning of our tour from 11th October, 2013 everything looks completely in disarray with mismanagement and inefficient staffs which is increasing exponentially every day. The tour itenary is rewritten everyday with schedules not being followed at all. As a result we have missed a lot of sight scenes which is making the tour looking more like a bus journey than anything else. The tour manager Toton, is so unprofessional in all respects and he is least bothered about the wellbeing of the tourists. He fails to abide by any timelines or schedules, ends up mismanaging every responsibility and is also adamant on his wrong statements or plannings. His behaviour towards seniors or ladies is horrible. The other man Mr. Shambo Ghosh is more a traveller and a guest than a manager. He is busy only photographing our agony and sufferings and never interested in the concern of the tourists. A special mention should be made of the incident that happened near Diu Beach on 15.10.2013.Your chief photographer Mr. Shambo Ghosh got into a verbal conflict with some senior tourists and ended up using some filthy languages which is shameful to mention here. The kitchen staffs are so novice in the art of cooking that they are presenting awful dishes everyday which is inedible. The food quality and the choice of menu is below standard. Despite repeated requests and guidance they are not being able to raise the standards. The hired guide Mr. Manish seems to be a newbie in Gujrat . He is not aware of the routes or the distances or any road obstacles. Such is the horrible condition that the roadside eateries being chosen don’t have proper water supply even. We are provided with a litre of water every day and are restricted to it only. We would also like to point out that our bus driver is driving a luxury Volvo for the first time. He is a lorry driver by profession and because of this our journeys seem never ending. We start at early mornings and end up reaching late at nights. We just wonder that after being so professional while taking the booking and payments how a big banner like CHALO JAI goes haywire while providing service to its customers. We didn’t pay a penny less and deserve full professional service. Our travel has turned into a nightmare with tourists raising health concerns and agonies. We expect you to look into the matter with immediate effect and take necessary steps to prevent recurrence of such ugly incidents. Your immediate intervention is welcome and we wish the services for the rest of the tour will be as per your promised standards. Else it’s a black spot on your big fame and reputation.           never go with this agency, very bad service

          Very bad treatment, most dissatisfied journey with them. Never will go with this travel agency.

            CHALO JAI --AAR NOI...

            We were totally dissatisfied in the first ever tour package to Kalimpong,Rishyap,Lolegaon & Lava with M/s Chalo Jai on 03-11-11. The reasons are as follows:

            i) Food-- Totally substandard except for the 1st two days.This might be to impress new guests.Rest of the tour we had to eat as we can not stay hungry during the tour.
            ii)Stay -- Quite below standard specially at Lolegaon.Although the name of the hotel is Laiguda resort,there is nothing to call it a resort.It is just an ordinary building in a congested locality with lot of garbage of the floor of the corridor.At other places,they would put a camp cot in a two bedded room to accomodate three o[censored]s.
            iii)Tour guide -- The worst part was this man,Mr A.Ghosal,who often ignored our inconveniences & at times would show his temper in case we raise our problems during the journey.We fail to understand why such a person has been appointed as a tour manager ,who does not know how to behave with the customer.His attitude was as if he was doing us a favour by taking us in the tour.
            iv)Conclusion-- Obviously for us this will be our last tour with M/s Chalo Jai.

            We have booked a trip to Andaman starting on March 21st but want to reschedule it to avoid the evil consequences caused by the present pandemic of Coronavirus; but surprisingly, even in these worse times, the Company is sticking to its claim for 75 percent cancellation money of the total package cost, if we do not make the trip
