I wish to file a complaint with your department concerning the un professional behaviour of one of your sales women, in the chambor cosmetic stall (1st floor of lulu fashion store). The story starts when i went there to buy a foundation. when i ask her for that, she's look like she is not interested to show me the product. She didnt show me the product till i asked her again. After that she tried 2 types of foundation to my hand and at that time she told me that " will you going to buy it or not" .I didnt take it worsely, i said, yes of course i will buy. Then she tried 1 foundation to my face, after that i found that it is not suit for my skin .And i told her that no its not suits me, and thank you. And i want to tell you that i spent less than 5 to 7 minutes there to try all these thing.When i try to move from there, she told me that "you should come here again & you needed to do the same process like, simply coming and try all the product and then go to other place at that time i cant believe that i heard these kind of language from here. But, then also i didn't react rather than i explained her that, "no actually i come here to purchase one foundation which matches to my skin tone.Because i have bought many foundation from some other brands, and unfortunately which will not suit for me & i lost some money also thats why l strictly looking for the perfect one". Then she said "then you, please dont come here thereafter".I was just shocked why this lady behave like this.After that i try to react loudly, i told her that why you behave like this & i will report this to your floor manager. Then she told me that " ok, i dont have any problem. And that is our floor manager you can give complaint to him "i was just wondered about these behaviour. I don't know what is happening with her.After that i report complaint to the floor manager . Then one madam who called me on my phone and she makes lots of apology for that.After that the floor manager called me and asked me to come there, and he forced her to say sorry, after that ...'with a smile she said sorry to me'. I didn't satisfied with this, because i can't forgot the terrible time ...I go through.I went to some other countries included maleshya and been through a wide variety of shopping experience, must say that i had never heard such an absurd comment not even from the least educated street sellers any of these places.I don't know if you encourage your sales people to behave in this manner. But i find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I thought she should want to know about the discipline and retaught the etiquette of a proper sales pitch.
