With regret I am informing you that i purchased 2 lipstick with one free pack of Chambor Extreme Wear Transferproof Liquid Lipstick, yesterday from pantaloons, shaheed nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha. Today I use this today only one hour stay and its easily transferable not a smodgeproff. I am very disappointed after purchase this. This lipstick is not like Maybelline superstay. Sales person sell this products with so many promises but that was very wrong. I want to take back your lipstick and refund my rs. 1690/-. Otherwise I will go for consumer case.. With highly request please return it.. Hope I will get help in this regards.

I am a regular customer of chambor. I have been using chambor lipstick since long time. However, last time, i have purchased three chambor dazzle eye liner/ kajal. It was in grey, purple and green colour. I haven't use the product more than a twice still its rolling pencil is not working. As this product is expensive, I can't ignore this type of discomfort. I urge you to provide solution as early as possible.

I am trying to open kajal but the kajal is defective and I am not able to rotate the same

I can't roll the kajal up after using the provided point ...it has become a total waste of money..

Hi, I hv purchased lipstick on 16 April 2022 from shoppers stop, fun mall Lucknow . This is the first time I had purchased lisptick o[censored]r company. Firstly the lipstick which were given to me were open and hal[censored]sed, later on identifed by me at home . Secondly, I was assured that it last for 6 - 7 hours but sad to say it does not even last for half an hour..
Worst experience and worst product. I am reqular customer of Maybelline product.i was looking for Maybelline lipstick but unluckily the desired shade was not available at outlet so I was convenced by the sales girls that I will surely come to purchase 2nd set, I was fooled by the confidence of the sales girl. Would never ever compromise with Maybelline product. Chambor appoint fraudulant staff at their outlet. You can't trust them at all. Worst quality products

Hi this is Anjana shah, I recently bought some products of your company from the LIFESTYLE store in ahmedabad mall. I am sad to inform you that I bought LIGHT AND SHEER SKIN HIGHLIGHTER and when i applied it I felt a burning sensation and was very disappointed that a great company like yours had made a mistake and i also received a LONG WEAR FOUNDATION(oily to combination skin) which was half empty.I have been using your products for the last 4-5 years. I have not faced a single difficulty, it was just this time.

I hope that you don't make a mistake like this again and will be looking forward to a refund or a replacement .

I brought three items from chambor from lifestyle showroom from mbd mall ludhiana. But the quality of the eyeliner
Lipstick and the highlighter is awful. The testers they showed us were better than the original product. I am not at all satisfied with chambor products. I wasted 3000 rs. I need refund. They said the eyeliner is waterproof and stay is 24 hours. But it doesn't even stay for 2 hours. It happened with me twice.

I opened liner by rotating it but liner is not going back inside

Hi I have bought chambor liquid lipstick code 485 from pacific mall in Tilak Nagar . The colour is the same is near to pink which is different from earlier bought Carmel colour under same code number

The product is faulty. Everytime it's sharpened, breaks into pieces and more than half the pencil just broke and has been such a waste.

I purchased a crayon lipstick & have used it for few times but I am unable to rotate it & use further.

I'm using these Chambor products for past 6 to 7years which is amazing product and excellent till date I was not even having one complain or regret for chambor.. I have bought a kajal twist roller two to three days back In, helath and glow which is located in forum mall Chennai(TamilNadu).. It smuges and broke two to three times and also it's not working properly I'm not satisfied with that peice of product.. I asked for an exchange but they refused to do that.. But I need an exchange because I have purchased that product for 595Rs which is not a lesser value.. And usually I will use a pencil kajal, but on that day they were running out of stock so the sales girl convinced me to buy this Type of kajal that is roll on twister.. It's not my fault they were very rude and disrespectful.. I need an exchange for sure.. Please consider this message and let me know your solution as soon as possible.. Thank you..

I bought mascara and many more products from Nasik city centre Mall, I hv complaint about Mascara, it was completely dry .. I want to replace my product ..

Bought 2 lipsticks, both were 482 shade. Found the shade to be really different from each other.

There is no kajal in the roll on pencil... Extremely dishonest thing to do.... I will never trust chambor again... Bought it on sale from phoenix mall kurla... The sales girl told me not to roll the pencil too much as it will not go back reverse... However there seemed to be no kajal in the pencil even though i rolled it little by little in the first use itself

I have bought product on 27/01/2019 from life style, seasons mall pune. Today when I was trying to roll out kajal stick it was not rolling out.. I bought this company product for 1st time as sales people there told it's old company.. lead free kajal... U have warranty of replacement... Now I am feeling cheated as I am not getting any customer care number to contact them... What to do about this

I had purchased a chambor lipstick from shoppers stop, kalyan mall.

Whenever i applied this lipstick i felt a burning sensation on the lips and overall mouth as if i have sipped hot tea.. First felt i must have sipped in hot tea or ate something hot however no.. It was the same feeling everytime i applied the lipstick and it last for almost a week.

Now i am seeing similar complaints on the internet....

I bought chambor lip color from health and glow store in brookfield, bangalore in sept 2017. Whenever i used the lip color, i felt burning sensation on the lips and bad taste to an extent that i felt sick and pukish.

I took this compliant to the store, they asked me to fill the complaint book but they did not take any action. When i complained again, they mentioned that i should have complained within one month of the purchase; when actually i did complained within one month.

I have asked my friends to try the same and even they complained the same.

It is a sheer waste of money. I never knew chambor can bring so irresponsible products in market and on the top of it has a highly complicated and discouraging process of raising complaints on their website!! This is not expected from such a brand.

I demand my money back and damages.

I purchased chambor dazzle transfer proof smooth eye pencil on[protected] from shoppers stop, krm center. It is one way screw type am using the product for years together. This one i purchased on 08/08/17 from krm centre harrington road, chennai-31 is not in order. Pencil tip was not coming out properly the screw is very loose. I went there and showed the product and told them it is not in order. I want it to be replaced by another one. They refused to do that even though they accept it the screw type is not properly working they are not ready to replace it, instead they advised me to tap the pencil from the bottom then screw it. Even i tried that but it is not working. That was a bad experience i had with your product. I cant use it because the screw system is not working

I bought the kohl for a special occasion. It was bought on 7th March 2017 from Phoenix Lower Parel.

When I opened the kohl on 8th March, the tip was already broken. I couldn't use when I wanted to.

I havent used the kohl till date as it could not come handy when I wanted to.

I would like to bring to notice this flaw in the product. It chipped off without even using.I am scared to use it now, as it can chip off any moment, which is unsafe.

Hey, i buyied Chambor TRINITYALL /NOCOL/FRSIZ/NCL[protected] on 24/9/2016 from Rajouri garden Shoppers stop..I am married in amritsar and in my truzoo all the cosmetics went and when i opened this blush on and i found It actually broken into tiny little pieces which i cannot use it.

I request you to kindly please exchange the product for me. It really made me dis heartened the moment i opened it

I wish to file a complaint with your department concerning the un professional behaviour of one of your sales women, in the chambor cosmetic stall (1st floor of lulu fashion store). The story starts when i went there to buy a foundation. when i ask her for that, she's look like she is not interested to show me the product. She didnt show me the product till i asked her again. After that she tried 2 types of foundation to my hand and at that time she told me that " will you going to buy it or not" .I didnt take it worsely, i said, yes of course i will buy. Then she tried 1 foundation to my face, after that i found that it is not suit for my skin .And i told her that no its not suits me, and thank you. And i want to tell you that i spent less than 5 to 7 minutes there to try all these thing.When i try to move from there, she told me that "you should come here  again & you needed to do the same process like, simply coming and try all the product and then go to other place at that time i cant believe that i heard these kind of language from here. But, then also i didn't react rather than i explained her that, "no actually i come  here to purchase one foundation which matches to my skin tone.Because i have bought many foundation from some other brands, and unfortunately which will not suit for me & i lost some money also thats why l strictly looking for the perfect one". Then she said "then you, please dont come here thereafter".I was just shocked why this lady behave like this.After that  i try to react loudly, i told her that why you behave like this & i will report this to your floor manager. Then she told me that "  ok, i dont have any problem. And that is our floor manager you can give complaint to him "i was just wondered about these behaviour. I don't know what is happening with her.After that i report complaint to the floor manager . Then one madam who called me on my phone and she makes lots of apology for that.After that the floor manager called me and asked me to come there, and he forced her to say sorry, after that ...'with a smile she said sorry to me'. I didn't satisfied with this, because i can't forgot the terrible time ...I go through.I  went to some other countries included maleshya and been through a wide variety of shopping experience, must say that i had never heard  such an absurd comment not even from the least educated street sellers any of these places.I don't know if you  encourage your  sales people to behave in this manner. But i find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I thought she should want to know about the discipline and retaught the etiquette of a proper sales pitch. If, however, you taught her in this way then it will be good for your reputation.

I am using chambor black eye pencile but I used khole eye pencile and last time I will shop from the kalyan shopper stop there is one girl an she is tell me that dazzal also is suite in your eye's so after then use that dazzal kajal now my eye's is create a so many problems that is really experience for that girl

Hi, This is Vatsala Tripathi. I bought "Chambor Wet and Dry Foundation compact(Dual Walnut 103)" from Shipra Mall Shoppers Stop Ghaziabad. I was given the trial on the hand which seemed to be perfectly going on my skin but the effect on the face was not as it was supposed to be. I have oily and dark skin and whenever I apply the compact, it changes my color to that white extent that results in wrong cosmetic choice. I tried it 5-6 times with different combinations (assuming I might be using it wrong way) like with brush and then sponge, wet and dry, in day and night, with and without foundation, and used very less but all the time it didn't give the the results which I was shown at the time of trial. I've been using Chambor products from last 6 or 7 years and this is the first time I'm disappointed with Chambor. I was not given any fruitful response from Chambor store outlet. This product is used only 5-6 time and is useless for me. Hoping to see a positive response from such a grand cosmetic company.

I have bought Chambor Kajal (cost -Rs 595 )from Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar New Delhi .When I tested there it seemed like a very good product to buy, but when I used it for the first time at home, I found that the roll on to move the kajal in/out is free i.e not working and moreover about the quality which i thought would be much better than Maybeline or Lakme kajal worth Rs 200 which last full day in office hours but to my surprise I found it does not lasts for more that 3-4 hours and it is just like local/ordinary kajal . Rather I would say Maybelline /Lakme is more worth buying in relation to what they cost. Even if I leave quality behind which I did not find up to the mark, atleast I never expected that roll on thing not to work in first instance, and it has been years I have been using roll on kajal, so no possibilty of mishandling at all. Would like to mention that, earliar also on buying a lip gloss from same place I found that tester was fresh and the actual product which I got seemed very old (mistakenly I didnot notice the month of import trusting Chambor standards).Probably the customer care desk there is doing some mess which is putting Chambor 's reputation at stake. Expecting to get this complaint addressed, otherwise I have already made up my mind never to go for CHambor products nor to recommend anyone.

Sir, I have purchased Eye Tatoo Liner from one of the best Mall in Ahmedabad - Alpha One Mall on 13th November 2014. They say i can apply this as Kajal in my eyes. I applied this in my eyes one time and i got burning in my eyes for the whole day, .. It was not cured even after washing my eyes. When i went back to retun the product, they denied.. Please look in to the matter ASAP .. and tell me the solution

I purchased Chambor Stay-on waterproof eyeliner pencil from Phoenix Market city Lifestyle Mumbai. for 295 RS I found the kajal twist dint work.And to my surprise the kajal stick was 3/4th of half inch. I want it to be replaced but have misplaced the bill.

Hi, I purchased a Dazzel eye pencil - 545/- and Flowing Lipstic - 645/- from Begumpet main road kundanbagh lifestyle hyderabad-500081 telangana on 31-aug-2014. When m applying kajal my eyes are burning and becoming red.I went to doctor and he told that kajal which i am using is not good and creating problem. Lipstick is also making my lips dry and m feeling etching. I complaint to the shopkeeper also in life style, but they are asking me to come there. I dont have time to go there again because of my tight scheduled. I request you to send some one and take that products from me and return my money (1190 /-). The face blushon of Chambor purchased from a recognised Mall in Mumbai during May 2009 is defective. The substance is powdery and am unable to apply. The powder keeps tearing off and slipping from the face. Kindly look into it urgently and revert back urgently.
