As to the above subject, the cesc n r mohalla department has provided me a 45 day electricity bill without prior public notice or public circular of changing thier reading dates...
Since this has affected thousand of livelihoods of people, since 45 day electric reading will effect the higher rate slab provided by them.
More the reading occurred in 45 days... More they loot money from the public.
So, i request you to see to this matter seriously & take necessary actions against them.
Even if they are changing the reading date without prior notice to the public,,,,,, they should make a break-up bill for 30 day only & the remaining of 15 day bill as a separate reading. So that public will not be effected by the higher rate slabs.
This has not only affected me... But to the whole city...
Hoping for a strict action for my complaint.
