Id C[protected] ryeh 46 vinayadath. Bills regularly paid on line upto august when on line stopped. Went to eliwala checked bill which was Rs 180. Deposited Rs1000. In September. On line operational now it shows a bill of Rs 3202. Every month paid bill regularly. My phone calls improper response. Obviously when apps were changed data is not managed properly. Please check and get me correct bills so that payment can be made. Shivaprasad...

As to the above subject, the cesc n r mohalla department has provided me a 45 day electricity bill without prior public notice or public circular of changing thier reading dates...

Since this has affected thousand of livelihoods of people, since 45 day electric reading will effect the higher rate slab provided by them.
