Kindly refund my 15000 which I submitted as registration to chanakya ias jammu branch on 14th february, 2022. I didn't join or attend even a single class. My family is not financially sound. Kindly return the hard earned money of my parents.

I am a student to Chanakaya IAS Academy Jammu Branch, I was enrolled as a regular student but due to timing and distance from my home to the institute i decided to opt for online classes and i consult and requested via application to the institute for the same but the staff is not cooperating nor even helping me for the online sessions even i had paid 90% fees of the course for the year

On 23rd January 2021, I submitted a requisite amount of Rs 15000 as my registration fee for 3 year study plan. But due to some unavoidable circumstances I couldn't join it.
And while discussing the fee, they didn't tell me about their no refund policy.
I don't want my father's hard earned money to go in vain like that. Kindly look into the matter.

I haven't attended a single class due to timing issues

Your institue is taking almost 1.5 lac and the quality of live class is not good for jaipur branch . cant you put good camera for live students ... screen is blurred too much

I along with our batch have joined Chanakya IAS Guwahati in Jan 2021. Our course is not complete despite our regourous request to do so. No news/update of optional subject till date. We have been asking our academic head, but didn't get any concrete reply. Same subject are being repeated more often causing old students to lag behind. No proper management and also no willingness to admister the Institute in a sustainable manner. My course was of almost 8-9 months but it's more than a year but course is still not completed. Please look into the matter.

I am a student of Chanakya IAS Academy, Rajinder Nagar .I have been facing so much because of the refund i am not able get after reminding Chanakya classes plenty of times about it. it have been more then 2 months when I last updated about quitting the academy. I am facing alot of hardships as being a cancer survivor in 2020 .I decided to pursue my goal to be an IAS Officer and after joining Chanakya academy it became more hard for me to understand the basic knowledge to even qualify the exam. the faculty promised is different from what we have got so far. this is so much mental harassing n disease for the mental health that they are charging money for nothing but mental harassment .I discontinued going classes after 2 months of admission.

I have joined Chanakya IAS Academy on 21 feb 2022. And paid them 1, 47000 -/ . they did not even give me whole of the receipt . The issues I have been facing here since then are :

1. They were not able to complete the classes on time as per they have mentioned .
2. They did not give us proper study material and all the important facts and general knowledge as they had promised to provide .
3. The faculty provided is not the same as promised by Chanakya Academy .
4. When asked about the Refund policy after 2 months they hanged on me saying they will let me know. Later when I get to know the policy there is refund on the discretion of the Academy.

Please help me seek my refund as it will be helpful to me to join some other classes . I have been so much mentally harassed and troubled by such conduct of the academy.
And its only me who is suffering all this but various student of the academy is facing same issues. Its really important for me to get the refund in order to join some other classes please help me .I certainly trust the system so taking the help from this medium. I joined chanakya institute in August 2021 for 1 year and after the completion of 5 months I couldn't continue further for the remaining year and I had also not taken the whole classes due to my family issues and I have paid 1, 57, 000 to the institution but due to some family problems I couldn't continue with institution so I request the management to refund my excess money. I talked to counselor regarding this but they said.. we do not refund fee in any condition... please help me regarding this

I joined coaching few days back and after joining i came to know that the batch was old batch so i could not understand anything so i want to leave and want my refund

I have joined chanakya 17th Feb, 2020..but just after that their is lock down..in lockdown their is work from home but company paid me 10000 per week only..after that no one picking up calls and chairman and director and HR..no response..after so many follow told them to credit salary but they not paid..head office is from New delhi..im in ahmedabad..and my location pan india but they not paid..I have joined for seminar but after lockdown they told give input for online classes..and credit 10000 per week..after that no credit..monthly it is 40000..but nothing is credit from last 2 years..

Kindly help me along with compensation and my salary which they not paid ..

Hi, I am writing this complaint after maintaining huge level of patience for past 5 months. I joined MAINS Test series in November 2020. I did not receive my evaluated answer sheets. I asked Ruchi Maam ( academic counsellor at Chandigarh branch) many times that when will I receive my answer sheets. She told me that I should wait and I will get them after test series will be over. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting. Then I contacted her, she asked me send my answer sheets on mail, so that she can get them evaluated. I WASTED 3 precious hours and clicked pictures again, then prepared the pdfs. I sent her the answer sheets on 22nd feb 2021. I asked her many times when will I receive the answer sheets. ON 9th march 2021- she told me that I will get it in one week. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE SHE IS HARASSING ME AND WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME. UPSC EXAM IS JUST 3 months away, and this is the way you treat your students? I am immensely sad to write this- I am deeply dissatisfied and sad by my experience at Chanakya IAS academy ( Chandigarh Branch). I am trying to reach out the head office through phone calls, emails, enquiry forms since 3 months- But no one is helping me. You should refund my money for the poor and deficient services provided to me. Plus provide compensation for the harassment, wastage of time, embarrassment and painful experience. PLEASE ASK THEM TO PROVIDE REFUND FOR TEST SERIES. I still have 3 test series pending. If I continue like this, I will never be able to evaluate myself. Even if they provide evaluated answer sheets after 6 LONG MONTHS, it is going to be of no use. I will join some other test series which provide timely results.

I am karan bharwad from ahmadabad branch i joined chankya institute for 2 years in june 2018 but after the completion of 1 years due to family problems i couldn't continue it for 2nd year at the end of may 2019 i have paid 1, 70, 000 to the institute but due to some family problems i couldn't continue with institute and chanakya's 1 year fee is 1, 57, 000 so i request the management to refund my excess money and for this i already gave the application to the ahmadabad branch in sep 2019 and ahmadabad branch head rahul khanna said he forward the application to the delhi and its more then 2 months no response comes from the delhi so i request the management please look into this matter

Makwana kirti.. I had joined ur chankya academy in ahmedabad in july. I had not attained any class.. I met with rahul sir there. I paid 20000 rupees registration fres coz they said, pay the fee fast otherwise u would not get admission in this batch.. And we didnt knw our next batch would be formed or not. I was not able to attain the class coz i had got admission in another state..20000 not a small amount.. Fr me.. It is septm now or no refund i hv got.. Whever i called him he said give me more time. Or evn i email. But didnt get any answer.. Humble request to take action.. Do u think 20000is a small amount.. Not even listening the grivance of people.. Asking for more time.. If it has happened with u then immediately u will take action.. Not even providing the number of senior member..

My Name is kumar I am ex employee of Chanakya IAS Academy. My profile is office Assistant. I joined 12th September 2016 and worked in 12th January 2018 .i left the job due to salary increment .As per Company policy if employeed completed 15 months in services then company increment salary but my salary is not increment so I talk with my boss but boss is not increment then I left the job I handover worked all related woked such as file, Accessories, Document, Data etc . but company is not deliver my reliving letter not Experience letter, many time tried call with Mr Anjul and other Rohit kambj but he always tell me call you later but I have not received single call by Company side,
So, I want to help me because my salary and company document is not deliver by company,

I was worked in Chanakya Ias Academy in 1 Year 4 Months but Company not Increase my Salary so, I left the job but 1 month ago company is not provide any document as Reliving letter, Experience letter and my Salary is send my Acount. many time i call concern person but he is not pick my call
so Kindly help me for Salary . i call my boss but she block my mobile number and other senior person tell me every time i call you later but he was not calling me .

I had joined the So Called Best institute for IAS Coaching i.e. Chanakya IAS Academy in August, 2014 for weekend coaching of Prelims and Mains course of ICSE (excluding optional) which was said to be 10-11 month course after counseling by Miss Poonam . They said they will provide good faculties and time commitment was Obviously promised to be fulfilled. I was to receive coaching with Prelims 2015 as my target. But it is February 2016 and my course is still not over. The last class was held in second last week of December, 2015. I contacted the managing staff but they are saying that they are looking for faculties. The faculty for certain subjects were not good and I asked the managing staff for a change but no action was taken. And the managing staff has been misguiding me over the question of time for completion of the course. I contacted the Director, A K Mishra over whatsapp who said a solution will be found and an official from head office will remain in touch with me. I got a call from a lady named Deepti from the Head office on 11 February asking my problems and promising a response in next 2 days but I haven't heard from her ever since. The institute that promises successful career is itself playing with my time. I was late for the payment of my installment by a week when I was stopped from attending the class and asked to report to the administration, and what can be the possible penalty for wasting a students valuable time. I paid 106000 Rupees that are hard earned money by my parents. The Chanakya IAS Academy has wasted enough of my crucial time and I would like to request a refund. Though it would not compensate for my time they have wasted but would enable me to join an institute with better faculties and that knows the value of students time.

This is with reference to postal course(correspondence course) for which I had paid 20K in North Delhi centre to one of your employees Esha. The R.No of my payment is N/2290 .She has promised to send the materials within 7 working days.But it has been 10 days and still the material has not been even dispatched. On calling her, she responds by saying that she will call me back after looking into the details, but she has never responded back. She has done this thrice. Can I know the reasons? Please explain why reputed institute like Chankya is working in such irresponsible manner. Please respond me as soon as possible.

I was influences by theri promotion propaganda NOTHING else is there in this institute
only EXTRACTING money is the main AIM of this FIRM

sir i have deposited 1000 rs for online testseries in chankya academy 10 days before , but till now i didnt get any test .now they are saying there is some problem we cant provide online test series so we will provide you postal test series .but i refused to get any postal test series i have deposited cash for online not for postal and most importantly before payment i have confirmed to get online test series through a call ,they wasted my time about 10 days even not attending my call and not responding i am not understanding what should i take an action against them this is frod if the person not provide that facility for which i have deposited cash .
