169 ground floor onwer y.p.sharma has constructed pucca floor on green belt common area between his front courtyard to road.He does not allow other people to park their vehicle.He says I am the onwer of this area.On the rear side of his flat he has covered the water pipes of Ist.2nd and 3rd floors allottees with grills.He has opened a gate in the rear balconies. Please send the architect and other concerned staff on the site and remove the encroachment
